XoraH PLLC is led by Joshua Hogan, a seasoned Certified Public Accountant with over 14 years of industry experience. Before founding XoraH PLLC, Joshua worked at national accounting firms including Cherry Bekaert and CBIZ working on technical accounting, purchase accounting, and complex GAAP implementation, including across nearly 50 transactions totaling over $2 billion in deal consideration.
Joshua works directly on every engagement — no handoff to junior staff. When a PE firm or corporate acquirer brings in XoraH, they are getting a senior CPA with deep transaction accounting experience from day one.
